Bob Aronson is a former journalist, talk show host, governor’s press secretary and communications consultant.  He is a native Minnesotan who moved to his wife Robin’s hometown, Jacksonville, Florida, in September of 2006.  He is retired, after having undergone a heart transplant at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville in August of 2007.  Bob who is 71  years old, has 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  Robin has one son and two granddaughters.  The two were married in 2000 in Eagan, Minnesota. 

Aronson’s hobbies include model ship building, carpentry, blogging and reading.  He most enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, Reilly (Wheaten Terrier) the main dog and Ziggy (Mini Schnauzer) the backup.  He has a brother Terry a district court Judge, who lives in Virgina, Minnesota and a sister Mary a retired school teacher (yes, they are twins) in Chisholm, Minnesota.

Robin Aronson is a successful Jacksonville artist.  She designs, anodizes and makes Jinglers “Fun” jewelry products from anodized aluminum, niobium and titanium,    Robin has shown and sold her work at some of America’s largest art festivals.  Robin is also an accomplished musician.  She plays regularly with La Dolce Vita, a renaissance era group that is in demand throughout Florida.
